Myself, Manasi Deb Sarkar, resident of Jalpaiguri – a serious amateur photographer and photo-journalist pursuing photography since year 2017. My photographic journey had carried me towards some illustrious milestones like EFIP distinction on the year 2019 and EFIAP distinction on 2022.
Several national level exhibits and awards had been recorded in my name, and also decorated the chair of a jury member on couple of occasions at national level photographic salons.
I find great interest on photographing people and places and also keen on environmental portraits.
My association with JPA ( Jalpaiguri Photographic Association) since 2018 had provided me with a strong platform and support. I am also a member of FIP (Federation of Indian Photography) and FIAP (FEDERATION INTERNATIONALE DE L’ART PHOTOGRAPHIQUE) since the year 2019.
I am currently a correspondent photo-journalist with Uttar Banga Sangbad.
